To cut or not to cut?

I think this is a good idea because government with too much money means a lot of wasted dollars.
It's funny, tax rates are so high in the US but people don't even have easy access to medical care. Where does all the money go??? Oh..wait...how much is being spent in Iraq every single month?

At the same time, I don't think that swifting costs to others, like the current tax cuts seem to be doing, is the way it should be done.
